What to Expect from Our Shipping Services

1. Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Small Equipment: Orders shipped via courier services like Canada Post or UPS typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days.
  • Large Equipment: Freight carrier shipments may take up to 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for orders placed during holidays.

2. Pickup Orders:

For customers near our Saskatchewan location, we offer a convenient pickup option. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order is ready.

What to Bring for Pickup:

  • Order confirmation email or order number
  • A government-issued photo ID
  • The credit card used for the purchase

3. USA and International Shipments:

We ship across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Additional fees, taxes, or duties may apply for international orders.

For oversized equipment requiring freight carriers:

  • A broker may be required for shipments crossing borders.
  • You can choose to hire your own shipping company—just notify us in advance.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary based on equipment weight, size, and destination. They will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Free Shipping Eligibility:

  • Equipment must weigh 40 lbs or less and be shippable via Canada Post.
  • The total order value must be at least $300 (before tax).
  • Applies to most locations in Canada, excluding remote areas requiring air or water freight services.

MCK Equipment reserves the right to review shipping costs and contact customers regarding any misquoted charges.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

Inspection at Delivery:

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Report any missing or damaged items immediately to help us expedite the resolution process.

Damaged Items:

If an item is damaged, we may request photos of the damage to speed up your replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments:

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, notify us. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or send a replacement if necessary.
