The MCK Equipment loyalty card program is open to any company or business owner, regardless of business size. To qualify, applicants must provide valid proof of business ownership at the time of application. The intent of this program is to support the broader business community by offering benefits that help reduce operational costs.Â

Discount Benefits
As a cardholder, you are entitled to a 10% discount on all eligible in-store purchases. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers and is not applicable to purchases already discounted.

Card Use and Non-Transferability
The MCK Equipment loyalty card is uniquely issued in the name of the registered company or individual and is associated with a distinct card number in our system to facilitate tracking and verification. The card is strictly non-transferable to ensure that the benefits are enjoyed solely by the authorized cardholder. It is mandatory for the cardholder to present the card at the time of purchase to avail the discount. This presentation requirement ensures that all transactions, including invoices, estimates, and billing, align with the registered cardholder’s company or individual name on file.

No Cash Value
The loyalty card holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. It is intended solely for use as a discount mechanism under the specified terms and conditions.

Exclusions and Limitations
The loyalty discount offered by MCK Equipment is designed to provide savings on regular-priced merchandise and enhance the shopping experience. However, there are specific exclusions and limitations: the discount does not apply to the purchase or use of gift cards; contracted services; or delivery charges, which are applied at full cost according to our standard rates. Additionally, products that are already discounted, such as sale or clearance items, do not qualify for further loyalty discounts. The program strictly prohibits the stacking of discounts, meaning that each purchase can only benefit from one type of discount or promotional offer.

Changes to the Program
The terms, conditions, discount rates, and benefits of the MCK Equipment loyalty program are subject to change or termination at the discretion of MCK Equipment. We are committed to providing prior notice of any such changes to all active and registered loyalty reward subscribers via email or other contact methods listed on their accounts. However, we are not obligated to provide notice to individuals who are not registered within the loyalty program.

Lost or Stolen Cards
In the event that a loyalty card is lost or stolen, cardholders must notify MCK Equipment immediately to prevent unauthorized use. Upon notification, MCK Equipment will issue a replacement card with the same cardholder’s name or company details. The original card will be deactivated. Please note that MCK Equipment holds no liability for any misuse of a card prior to it being reported lost or stolen.Â

Expiration and Renewal
The MCK Equipment loyalty program is designed with a flexible approach towards card expiration to ensure ongoing benefits for active participants. there is a no predefined expiration date for the loyalty cards as long as they are actively used.
